INDIVIDUAL COUNSELLING

Counselling one to one to assist and work through any concerns you may wish to resolve. Able to assist with issues such as stress, all categories and levels of anxieties inclusive of depression, varying traumas, domains of abuse, addictive behaviours, career guidance, relationship issues, communication issues, conflict, parenting, body image issues, body dysmorphia, confidence building and any other concerns you may wish to discuss

Licensed to the Australian Counselling Associations' highest level (ACA member Level 4) working with Individuals couples and families, I am able to assist to resolve issues such as (and not limited to) Communication / Resentment / Infidelity / Trust, Gridlock / Family Detachment  / Strengthening a relationship / Relationship growth / Isolation/  Recognising and responding to family and intimate partner abuse / Separation and Grief and Loss.

My approach is first and foremost from a compassionate, truly non judgemental, genuine nature. Consistently client focused in terms of reaching your desired goals with appropriate diligence, competency and care

Verification of my knowledge and skills within counselling is from a wealth of adverse lived experiences and most importantly, from safe and effective scientifically accredited practices, distinguished graduate and post graduate qualifications.

Also delivering services for clients as an associate, on behalf of varying government organisations, delivering my practice to meet the unique psychological and as a result, physical needs of their customers. I additionally deliver lectures and assess students' work within further and higher educational settings, completing nationally and internationally accredited counselling and health care courses at vocational, undergraduate, Masters and post graduate levels. I have over 30 years' experience of working with individuals and groups attentively, to successfully and safely achieve positive lasting change.

• Master of Counselling Degree.

• Bachelor of science (Honours) Psychology Degree.

• TAE40116: Teacher, lecturer and Assessor of counselling and health care related subjects in Adult Education Accredited qualifications (VET/Bachelor/ Master Degrees and Post Graduate Certificates)

• British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy Certificate.

• Diploma of Health, anatomy and physiology.

• Advanced Personal Trainer/Group exercise Instructor/Master class facilitator
