Counselling one to one to assist and work through any concerns you may wish to resolve. Able to assist with issues such as stress, all categories and levels of anxieties inclusive of depression, trauma, grief and loss, career guidance, relationship issues, parenting, body image issues, confidence building and any other concerns you may wish to discuss

RELATIONSHIP Counselling For:  INDIVIDUALS/COUPLES /MARRIAGE /FAMILIES

Licensed to the Australian Counselling Associations' highest level (ACA member Level 4) working with Individuals couples and families, I am able to  assist to resolve issues such as (and not limited to) Communication / Resentment / Infidelity / Trust, Gridlock / Family Detachment  / Strengthening a relationship / Relationship growth / Isolation/  Separation and Grief and Loss.

Verification of my knowledge and skills within counselling is from a wealth of adverse lived experiences and most importantly for safe and effective scientifically accredited practices, distinguished graduate and post graduate qualifications. Additionally a teacher of counselling and health care in adult education, I have 30 years experience of working with clients attentively, to achieve required change

ACCREDITED QUALIFICATIONS

• Master of Counselling Degree.

• Bsc (Honours) Psychology Degree.

• Teacher and Assessor of counselling in Adult Education (Full TAE40116)

• British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy Certificate.

• Diploma of Health, anatomy and physiology.

• Advanced Personal Trainer & Group exercise Instructor
